Empathy Circle with Wendy

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

This gathering is for those who are familiar with the principles of an Empathy Circle, the Needs Wheel, NVC, Ongo and/or Dadirri (deep listening) ... or anyone who would like to learn.  Authors of the program, Ongo: Everyday Nonviolence, Catherine Cadden and Jesse Wiens Chu, write, 'Empathy turns the listening up in our heart and quiets the mind by engaging our sense of curiosity about ourselves and others. We consider empathy to have five components in this order: curiosity, mindful presence, intention to connect, confirmation.'

Fourth Thursday of the month at 6.30pm - 7.30pm AEST (Sydney, Australia).  There is no need to make a regular commitment just register each month so I know who will be coming. Thank you.  This is a free event.

If you would like to make a donation you can do so here or you can go directly to www.babatree.org  Founders of Ongo: Everyday Nonviolence. All funds will go to Jesse and Catherine for their work in this field.

You will receive an email confirmation and at the very bottom of the email is the link to join the meeting!
