Employer Toolkit for Young People launch

Please join us for the official launch of the NT Employers Toolkit – Connecting Territory Talent with Opportunity. 

This Territory-first initiative has been created in consultation with local businesses, industry leaders and community organisations to strengthen the link between employers and the next generation of Northern Territory workers. 

With youth unemployment rates remaining more than double the overall average and participation rates steadily declining, the need for practical solutions has never been greater. 

The Toolkit offers businesses an easy, cost-effective way to find, engage and retain young employees, while giving young Territorians the confidence and support they need to step into the world of work.
