Coffs Harbour Older Women’s Network (CH OWN) has teamed up with Health Voyage/Coffs Harbour Women’s Health together with other suitable organisations to help you on your personal centred health care journey.

According to research women live on average between 1.26 to 3.95 years longer than their peers.  Let’s retain that by empowering ourselves with improved health benefits learnt by attending and listening to guest presenters discuss how you can improve your wellbeing and obtain more knowledge and control over your body.  The more knowledge we have, the more control we have over our bodies, the healthier and more invigorated we can become.
