Event description

Do you feel like your relationship with food could use some care? Are all the constantly changing “rules” you encounter about what you “should” and “shouldn’t” eat confusing and, honestly, exhausting?

We all have a relationship with food, weight, and eating. Empowered Eating is a free, virtual program where you’ll explore that relationship with the support of a registered dietician in a supportive, shame-free, evidence-based environment.

Join us for this 4-week program where you’ll:

· Explore your current relationship with food

· Get curious about your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors around food (and where they come from)

· Learn new ideas and consider new ways of thinking

· Receive helpful tools to help you build a relationship with food that works for you

Registration is for all four sessions of this interactive online program. You will be sent a Teams link 24 hours before each session – you can join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. Session are the following Thursdays, from 6:00pm-8:00pm:

· October 9, 2025

· October 16, 2025

· October 23, 2025
