Empowered Me! Body Safety & Empowerment for kids aged 4-10 years

Empowered Me! is a one-hour, online parent program to help parents teach their children all about their bodies and how to keep them safe!

The program is written by educator and counsellor, Karen Keavy, and is presented in a fun, easy to follow format that focusses on empowerment not fear. 

Included in the program are body safety basics including;

1. Teaching your child the anatomically correct names for the private parts of their body (and other parts of the body that are considered "private")
2. Who & how to tell if they ever feel unsafe
3. How to listen to the warning signs of the body & what they are 
4. Boundaries
5. Secrets
6. Code words and more!

There will be time at the end of the presentation for questions.
