Empowering Minds Together: The Power of Connection- Our goal is to strengthen connection with ourselves, build positive connections to each other, and explore pathways to hope and wellness.
This conference is for anyone wanting to learn more about achieving mental wellness and building connection to others.

There will be a morning and lunch keynote speaker as well as 12 breakout sessions.
