You’ll gain a clear, business-focused understanding of how AI can be applied across core HR functions, including candidate screening and shortlisting, employee performance and engagement insights, and everyday HR operations such as documentation, workflows, and employee queries.

This session focuses on real-world use cases, practical examples, and responsible adoption, helping HR professionals move beyond experimentation and into confident, informed use of AI at work.

Whether you’re part of a People & Culture team, Talent Acquisition function, or HR leadership group, this workshop will help you understand how AI can support better people decisions and more efficient HR operations in today’s workplace.

Why Learn About AI for HR?

AI is increasingly being introduced into hiring, performance analysis, and HR operations, often faster than HR teams are given the time or guidance to understand it properly.

Learning how AI works in an HR context helps teams make better people decisions, reduce manual administrative workload, and adopt new tools confidently and responsibly. When used well, AI supports HR teams by improving consistency, surfacing insights, and freeing time for higher-value people work, without replacing human judgement.

By learning about AI for HR, you will:

01) Improve Hiring Decisions

Understand how AI supports candidate screening and shortlisting, helping HR teams focus on the right talent faster and more consistently.

02) Gain Meaningful People Insights

03) Reduce HR Operational Overload

Explore how AI can automate routine HR tasks such as documentation, workflows, and employee queries, freeing time for strategic HR work.

As AI becomes embedded across HR systems and processes, understanding where it adds value, and where it should be applied with caution, is essential for modern HR teams.
