Empowering Voices is a safe space to talk about suicide, distress and all things related.

These fortnightly groups will be run by trained peers with lived experience of mental health distress and thoughts of suicide.

This will be a space to safely and gently connect and create a sense of belonging, acceptance and kindness. Something we all can benefit from.

Join Katie, Trev, David and Sonja for light refreshments and a safe chat.
