Empowering Yourself as an Empath

After speaking with many many people over the years while working as a kinesiologist and energy worker, about the gifts and the shadow aspects of being an Empath,
I have together this 4 week course to help empower people who are understanding that they are an Empath but not really knowing what this truly means and how to tap into the beautiful gift that it is without being completely overwhelmed by other peoples emotions and the impact of being so receptive.

We will be starting on October 20th 9am – 10.30am at Entelechy Living hub and running for 4 weeks.
The course will be very interactive and the perfect opportunity for you to learn and practice a variety of methods of getting to know and look after your own energy field, interactions with others and the deep connections that being an Empath can bring.

We will gather as an intimate circle, so that we can create a safe nurturing space for all of us. A space where we can delve into what it is to live as an Empath in a fractured and disconnected world, share how it has felt for us and learn how we can empower ourselves to shift from overwhelm to safe connection and thriving.

This training is essential for healers and practitioners as well as anyone else who recognises themself as an Empath and someone who feels and feels others strongly. We live in a highly fractured and disconnected world and for those of us who are deeply connected to our hearts and our emotions, this can be a very difficult environment t thrive within - however it is absolutely possible and infact highly beneficial for you to learn exactly how to do this and learn how to live with the wonderful gift that being an Empath truly is.  

This course will be the first course in a series of 3 that I will run through the hub and will be a pre-requisite to the next 2 courses:
*Mastering Your Intuition
*Moving into Inspired Action
