    This workshop is tailored for young women aged 15-18. The session is highly interactive, focusing on mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and the importance of self-nurturing. Participants will learn about stress management and the balance of feminine and masculine energies, discovering practical strategies to reduce stress. With a focus on effective personal planning and healthy daily routines, this workshop equips young women with the tools to manage their responsibilities without anxiety. The workshop includes a nutritious lunch. See below for important information: 

    • June 15tt 10.30am - 2.00pm with a break for a fully catered lunch.
    • The workshop will be held at 29 Flanagan St - Wangaratta Youth Hub
    • All tickets are free
