You've built years of experience, knowledge, systems, processes and revenue. But most of it belongs to someone else.

Operator Lab is where that changes.
This is a live, guided build session where you turn your expertise into a real, owned asset, not a set of notes you'll never open again.
The experience moves through six rooms, each with its own purpose:
The Courtyard: see your expertise as value you can own, activate, and grow.
The High Table: hear how Empressa Imperial Council members turned their own experience into ownership.
The Tea Room: get grounded, with guidance from a wellness expert, before you build.
The Garden: build your first portfolio asset with AI.
The Council Room: bring your questions to an open Q&A with seasoned women who've done this.
The Gallery: showcase what you built, and leave with a clear next step to activate it.
You'll walk out with a completed Value Portfolio, a defined next 30-day move, and a place inside the Empressa AI ecosystem.
Two ways to join:
Builder Pass, $199: a 2-hour guided build session. Uncover, organize, and showcase the value you've already built.
Accelerator Pass, $499: the full 4-hour session, with extended build time, a live Portfolio Accelerator, and personalized guidance from the Imperial Council.
Both passes include a Membership Credit: apply 50% of your pass toward an Empressa AI annual membership within 30 days of the event.

- Do I need any AI experience to attend?
No. Operator Lab is built for women who already have expertise, not for AI experts. You'll be guided step by step through using AI to organize and build with what you already know. If you can use email, you can build here.
- What's the difference between the Builder Pass and the Accelerator Pass?
The Builder Pass ($199) gets you a 2-hour guided build session where you uncover, organize, and showcase the value you've already built, and leave with a completed Value Portfolio. The Accelerator Pass ($499) includes everything in Builder, plus the full 4-hour session with extended build time, a live Portfolio Accelerator, and personalized guidance from the Imperial Council to help you turn what you build into an actual next move.
- What will I actually leave with?
A completed Value Portfolio, an AI-built asset showcasing the value in your expertise, plus a clear, specific 30-day move to activate it. This is a working session, not a lecture. You build something real, not just notes.
- What can I build?
Diagnostic / Assessment — someone answers a few questions and gets a personalized result, built on your expertise.
Decision Tool — someone shares their situation and gets guidance shaped by how you actually think through decisions in your field.
Guided Resource — someone names a need and gets walked through your methodology, recommendations, or resources.
Landing Page — someone lands on a page that showcases your expertise clearly enough to reach out and become a client.
These four are the recommended builds because they're scoped to actually finish inside the session. More advanced builds are available later inside Empressa AI membership. For Operator Lab, walking out with something complete matters more than building something unlimited. - Is this live, and do I need to be there for the whole thing?
Yes, it's a live, virtual session on September 22, 2026, 11am–3pm ET. The build work happens in real time with guided input, so we strongly recommend blocking the full window rather than dropping in and out. If something changes on your end, reach out to info@empressa.ai and we'll help you figure out the best option.
- What's the Membership Credit?
Both passes let you apply 50% of what you paid toward an Empressa AI annual membership, as long as you join within 30 days of the event. It's a way to keep building alongside the Empressa AI community after Operator Lab ends, without paying full price twice.
