Join Multicultural Arts Victoria for an online information session designed to guide artists and creatives through the upcoming Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the City of Ballarat's Empty Plinth project. This session is ideal for early-career and established artists alike, and will walk you through everything you need to know to prepare a strong submission.

We’ll cover:
