Parent Seminar - Encounter Youth Alcohol & Drug Presentation

The Head of Middle & Senior Years invites parents to join us for the Encounter Youth Alcohol & Drug Parent Seminar.

Thursday 20 October (Term 4 Week 1)  |  6.30pm - 7.45pm  |  Activity Centre

Over two days we will be hosting Encounter Youth to educate and empower the young people of Tatachilla to reduce and prevent alcohol and other drug-related harm.
Encounter Youth has been providing alcohol & other drug education programs to students, parents and teachers since 2000. They are the largest provider of school alcohol & other drug education to South Australian secondary students, educating over 22,000 young people, parents and teachers last year.

They adopt a harm minimisation approach and encourage students to ‘look after themselves and their mates’. Their programs aim to reduce and prevent alcohol & other drug-related harm among young people.
