Your host Joshika Akhil has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer with over 10 years of experience as a meditation instructor and healer; her gifts have taken her all over the world to facilitate sessions in the public and corporate space to teach, run retreats and workshops. She focuses on self-healing techniques through harnessing your energy systems and working with your chakras to bring awareness, healing and balance.
