End of Month Review Workshop

A 2 hour workshop to review your performance and behaviours and plan for the month ahead.

Your monthly role & soul alignment audit.

What is it? A 2 hour facilitated workshop to step you through an end-of-month personal performance review and accountability, covering: tracking against your personal goals, your use of time, your behaviours, your self-care and wellbeing. We also set intentions and goals for the month ahead.

Why participate? It's easy to fall out of alignment, or get busy doing the wrong things and not achieve our goals, or suffer burnout as we "slowly boil the frog". This monthly accountability checkin will help keep you on-track towards achieving your goals while also keeping you in alignment with your own personal well-being and work-life balance.

How it works:

We will then step participants through a series of workbook activities to review their performance over the past month, and to set their goals and intentions for the next month.

The schedule of topics we cover:

1. Section 1 - Goal and Role Audit: i) review goals & metrics, ii) financial tracking, iii) time audit
2. Section 2 - Soul audit: i) health & self-care, ii) habits, iii) triggers, iv) self talk, v) mind-food, vi) parenting, vii) relationship
3. Section 3 - Celebrate: i) wins, ii) journal & capture

How to prepare for the event: No prep is needed! However if you would like to prepare anything, it is beneficial to update any tracking or metrics that matter to you, or perhaps your financial accounts as an example. But rest assured we will step you through each activity during the workshop, and many participants will not have prepared anything in advance.
