Wardell Core & Gaia Rising Activations present an evening of guided self connection and sound healing via the incredible frequencies of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, flute, drum, world percussion and voice.

Please bring a mat, pillow blanket, eye covering, and anything else you need to be comfortable. 
With the end of the year around the corner and the busy holiday season about to start this session will simultaneously be a 2024 integration and an opening to the new year new energies.
