End of Year Picnic + Meditation

Hi there! Come along and join us for the end-of-year meditation session, followed by a picnic together. The meditation and picnic will be held at Woy Woy Sea Scouts Hall, 2 North Burge Road, Woy Woy.

Greg O'Rourke will lead a guided Calm-Abiding Meditation session, suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators. This kind of meditation focuses primarily on the body posture and breath.

Greg will then present a short talk on the key to making yourself and others around you happy. Any guesses what that is?... It's generosity!

Greg will share ideas and tips on generating generosity in your everyday life to open your mind and heart to all the possibilities around you.

The Woy Woy Sea Scouts Hall is located right next to the beautiful Brisbane Water, so if it's a nice day we'll take our picnic outside, otherwise we are fully equipped in the hall.

Please bring along a picnic lunch, and a rug / chair if you like. Newcomers are welcome!
