Explanation: So you have heard about the communities around Australia who are seeking to end homelessness, you want to be a part of it, but aren’t sure where to start. This session is for you, it will provide a quick recap on the Advance to Zero Homelessness methodology, an introduction to Action Planning and support to run a Connections Week and establish an Improvement Team. Don’t worry we’ll explain what all of these things are, why they are needed and what you need to make it happen.Â

Audience: Everyone - new communities/agencies and interested individuals, existing communities/agencies, policy makers, CEO’s, philanthropy, business, etc. Some knowledge of the Advance to Zero Homelessness methodology is advantageous, but not essential.
