In this two-hour workshop designed for UTS staff and researchers, we'll show you many of EndNote's lesser known features to aid you in managing your research and writing workflow. We'll also show some tips and tricks for fixing common problems and managing your referencing effectively.

Before the workshop

This workshop will not cover downloading or installing the EndNote software, getting referencing styles, or downloading references from the library catalogue or Google Scholar.

  • Manually entering and editing references
  • Finding full text and reference updates
  • Attaching and annotating PDFs
  • Groups and Smart Groups
  • EndNote Online and library sharing
  • Working with Word for researchers
  • Tips for EndNote and thesis writing
  • Configuring Bibliographies
  • Editing reference styles
  • Title abbreviations and term lists

Audience:

All UTS staff and researchers are welcome to attend.
