About the event
Launch - Following the launch of the Whole of System Plan Report in October 2020, Energy Policy WA has transformed the modelling outputs into an interactive data dashboard for interested stakeholders to explore the future of Western Australia’s principal electricity system in a graphical and engaging way. Using data provided by industry, the Whole of System Plan models four scenarios of how changes in demand, technology, and the economy may shape the way we use electricity and guide the investments we make over the coming decades to achieve lower-cost, lower-emissions electricity.
Learn – In a world that is increasingly complex, the ability to transform large volumes of data into meaningful insights and actions is critical for success. Matt Neil from Lime Theory will provide a primer on the art of storytelling with data, why it’s important and some handy tips and tricks that you can use to communicate your ideas with greater impact and ultimately make better decisions.
