The Yarra Valley Technical Committee is hosting a workshop on October 17th at Domaine Chandon.
This pragmatic and solution-driven session is designed to benefit the region’s wineries.
Themes and speakers include:
- Winery Setup by Richard Muhlack, Senior Lecturer, School of Agriculture, Food and Wine at University of Adelaide. Richard will bring his specialty in process engineering, Energy and Water Efficiency and Winery Engineering targeted to Yarra Valley Winery setup.
- Solar and Batteries, Cooling Efficiency by Warren Bradford from Deacam. Deacam Engineering endeavours to improve efficiency, reliability and safety, across the electrical, refrigeration and mechanical sectors.
- Equipment by Stuart Cameron from Grapeworks. Stuart brings his engineering and equipment experience from one of Australia’s leading providers of premium winemaking supplies to highlight key equipment for improving energy efficiency and lowering energy costs
- Improving Energy Consumption, Renewable Optimisation, and Carbon Economy by Mark Wallace from Energy Link Services. Mark is a specialist in a pragmatic approach to Engineering solutions to decarbonise production and improve bottom lines.
