Join us for this interactive skill shop to increase your ability to recognize and differentiate between worry, anxiety, and panic; gain practical skills to better regulate your worry and anxiety; and be better able to assist others in recognizing and regulating their worry and anxiety.
Finish the skillshop in the Engagement lab where you will create an action plan to implement your newly acquired skills into your daily life and have a chance to win $100 cash.
