Synopsis:

Engaging and Empowering Staff and Teams

In my supervision work I am finding this is frequently challenging for leaders - leaders feeling their staff are not engaged as they would like them to be, or taking responsibility. It brings up the question of where does the boundary of our responsibility as leaders need to be, to ensure staff are feeling confident and aware of their responsibilities.

How leaders can so easily experience burnout and stress from feeling 'It’s all up to them', which doesn't lend to building responsibility and leadership in others.

Join this in-person workshop to discuss and find out just how to engage and empower our staff and teams.

This workshop is for all who those in positions of responsibility which include managers and staff and teams of NFP groups and organisations.

Refund policy

NOTE 1: Cancellation for training sessions. Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course. NOTE 2: Should an in-person workshop need to be postponed or moved across onto Zoom, we shall advise nearer the scheduled date, with as much notice given as possible. NOTE 3: A refund will be made but will not include the booking fee amount which was part of the session cost that ANCAD paid when the ticket was first purchased. NOTE 4: ANCAD reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session if a session is undersubscribed or if there is a genuine reason it cannot take place as advertised. Communication to this effect will be sent to everyone who has registered prior to the session date. All monies, if paid, will be refunded.
