Engaging Young People as Volunteers

Are you an organisation struggling to connect with and engage young people as volunteers?

Recruitment is not a one size fits all approach.

Join us for an interactive session to learn ways to increase young people volunteering with your organisation.

The session will provide you with:

• Exploration of young people’s motivations to volunteer

• Understanding the barriers young people face

• Insights on how organisations can tailor recruitment for young people

• Recommendations on retaining young volunteers into the future
