Juliana will explore:
• The process of elective short-stay hip or knee replacement
• CNC role and surgeon engagement
• Patient and carer education
• Staff education
• MDT engagement, communication and rotational roles
• Challenges encountered and how they can be overcome
• What recovery looks like for patients, including Day 0 and Day 1 discharge
A practical session offering insights for nurses involved in, or interested in, elective joint replacement and enhanced recovery.
