Enhancing Leadership in the Social Service sector | Online series

Event description

Building on the successful Social Sector Leaders’ Summit, Te Pai Ora SSPA have crafted this Enhancing Leadership series for established social sector leaders to extend leadership craft, nourish hauora, and build whanaungatanga across the social sector.

These unique, tailored workshop sessions will offer a fabulous line-up of Kaitiaki, all well-established leaders in their own fields, guiding participants through a mix of presentation, sharing frameworks and philosophies, group engagement through peer-to-peer facilitated discussion, as well as workshopping real-life experiences.

The series will comprise of six online sessions, starting and ending with a whanaungatanga session to build the collective leadership and to develop a community of practice after the end of the series.  We recommend that you attend all 6 sessions, with the number of participants limited to 20 in the cohort.
