Enhancing the Visitor Experience: A Special Training Session for Hospitality and Tourism Industry
We’re excited to invite hospitality and tourism staff, volunteers and those wishing to enter the industry to join Forage Safaris and the Busselton Visitor Centre for a unique, immersive training experience. This tour will provide an opportunity to observe and learn from a highly experienced tour operator with a focus on telling the story of the region.
- Start at the Old Courthouse: Enjoy your choice of a brew & cake, while exploring the historic cells and old jail, diving into fascinating stories from Busselton's early days.
- Wander through town: Meander the streets of central Busselton, discovering a new aquarium experience, stopping for delectable food tastings, whilst admiring vibrant laneway art created by talented local artists.
- Savour local flavours: Treat your taste buds to some locally baked treats and delicious gelato.
- Quench your thirst: Enjoy a taste of a popular cocktail or mocktail, and later a refreshing drink to wind up the tour at the foreshore.
- Wrap up at the Busselton Visitor Centre: Learn about valuable visitor resources, including maps, walking tours, and more.

This immersive experience is usually valued at $95 per person. However, as part of a Regional Workforce Training Program, 12 places are available for just $20 per person.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
- Must be able to walk 3km unaided
- Must wear closed in walking shoes
- Advise any dietary or medical conditions that may impact their experience
