Security
Visitors must go through security screening and inspection of personal possessions on entry to Australian Parliament House. Security screening ensures a safe environment for both visitors and parliamentary staff. The event takes place after hours and all patrons must present appropriate photo identification with their ticket to attend the event.
Parking
Hard to find parking for Enlighten? Don’t worry, we have you covered. Take advantage of our undercover, easy-to-access public carpark free from 5:30 pm – 12:00 am. You can park in the Forecourt Basement car park. There are 10 electric vehicle charging stations in the Forecourt Basement car park. Terms and conditions apply. Accessible parking is in the Forecourt Basement car park near the lifts. Bus
Bus stops are on Federation Mall, about 200 metres from our public entrance. For your local bus timetable, visit Transport Canberra.
Taxi or ride share
There are separate taxi ranks and ride share bays in the Forecourt Basement car park.
Bike
