Enlightened Life Part 1: Journey of Self-Discovery - Saturday 15th February 2025

Enlightened Life Part 2: Navigating Life’s Storms - 8th March 2025 

Life’s challenges are inevitable, but how we respond to them can transform our journey. The Navigating Life’s Storms Workshop is designed to help you cultivate resilience, find balance, and navigate adversity with clarity and wisdom.

Enlightened Life Part 3: The Art of Harmonious Relationships - 12th April 2025

This workshop, part of our Enlightened Life Guide course, offers a practical and transformative approach to creating, maintaining, navigating and enhancing interactions with others. After exploring Self-Discovery and Navigating Life’s Storms, this final session focuses on The Art of Harmonious Relationships.

We all strive for harmony in our relationships, yet challenges are inevitable. Our ability to connect and relate to others is shaped by various factors, including our upbringing, environment, personality, and past experiences. Life, much like relationships, can be both smooth and bumpy, and we all encounter pain and hurt from difficult or broken connections and what may feel like irreparable relationships. Healing and moving forward can feel challenging and impossible.

At our core, we are all seeking love, kindness, care, understanding, and respect. By combining modern understanding with ancient spiritual wisdom, this workshop will explore modern and ancient wisdom insights into the mind, emotions, feelings and our spiritual essence—key elements that influence how we understand ourselves and interact with others. It will equip you with the tools to bring happiness, joy, peace and inspiration into your daily interactions with others.
