Alzheimer’s WA offers a wide range of free information and education sessions for those who know or care for a person living with dementia.

It just takes a few small and simple healthy lifestyle choices to ENRICH your life and reduce your risk of dementia.

Duration: 1 hour.

Fees: $200 for a group of 10,  Individual: $25, CHSP provider: Free.

In this presentation, you will learn:

» gain knowledge about dementia

» gain skills to minimise risk of developing dementia through lifestyle choices including:

» nutrition

» exercise

» adaquate social support and

» being active within your community
