Enspiral Winterfest 2025

Enspiral Winterfest is intended as a cozy retreat. It’s a long weekend of togetherness in the downbeat of Winter, before Spring comes to lift us up. It’s a moment of mutual nurture to make space for confusion and expand our sense of time – reflecting, restoring, and reconnecting – with ourselves, each other, and the broader systems we’re a part of.

We all know that we need to work together to get good work done. Each of us is doing good work in our own ways, so let's come together to share what we've learned and help each other with our queries. We're not here to 'fix' or 'solve' things, but to cross-pollinate and see what emerges from our varied intelligences.

If this is your first time at an Enspiral Kumara Winter retreat – or if you would like to remember what it feels like – this page will give you a sense of it, based on the past two years.

Subsidised tickets are available, if you require a subsidy to join, please reach out to us to let us know what you will need. 

If you would like to come with children, they can join us for free. Please, do book a ticket for them, so we know how many people to expect! 

WHAT?: 

A weekend of gathering with like-minded folks to slow down, expand time, share stories, ideas, experiments, questions, and more. 

WHEN?: 

August Friday 29th - Sunday 31st. Arriving on the evening of the 28th (Thursday) is warmly encouraged and recommended. Official programming begins on Friday 29th at 9am.

WHERE?: 

Commonground, Seymour, 1 hour north of Melbourne. Exact address provided on registration.

The venue will be something truly special. Commonground is an intentional community and social enterprise with a rich history of supporting social justice and environmental groups since 1984. 

Commonground shares a deep connection with Enspiral's core values. Just like Enspiral fosters a collaborative and purpose-driven space for freelancers and entrepreneurs, Commonground brings together people with a common vision to live and work interdependently.
