The speakers:

Ada Echetebu is the Founding Partner of Norris Echetebu Law, a U.S. commercial law firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. Licensed in Texas, she specializes in U.S. business law, international corporate structuring, and market entry strategies for clients across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. Ada is also a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand and chairs its Legacy, Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Kim Atwill is a Partner at EY New Zealand, specializing in international tax and transfer pricing. With over 15 years of experience, he advises companies on cross-border tax strategies, including profit repatriation and U.S. market entry considerations. Kim is a frequent speaker on global tax compliance and structuring.

Rachael Gemming is an Associate Director in Tax at EY New Zealand and leads the Tauranga office. A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, she specializes in corporate tax and cryptoasset taxation. Rachael also serves as a trustee for the Tauranga Energy Consumer Trust.
