This month, George Freney, founding partner of 11point2, will have a conversation with Noelle Smit, Co-Founder/CEO of Teamgage and is on a mission to rid the workplace of mediocre and toxic teams that underperform and create stress in people’s lives. She believes every team should be high performing and create fulfilment for the individuals within them.  

Noelle started her career in environmental management in mining and construction. She pivoted to tech and co-founded her first SaaS company, UniOne, which was sold to a software giant in 2020. Most recently she co-founded Teamgage, a team engagement platform that works with customers around the world to build high performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement.

Noelle is passionate about women in leadership. She is a board director at Netball SA as research shows women who play sport longer and at higher levels are more likely to end up in leadership positions at work.

The event will commence with drinks at Stone & Chalk at 5pm, with the fireside chat kicking off at 5:15pm. If you’re attending in person, you’ll then have the chance to meet interesting people doing interesting things from both the Stone & Chalk community, and the 11point2 network.
