Eco-anxiety and concerns about our environmental future can affect well-being, or cause psychological distress.  Living sustainably can seem a challenge, and on top of this we're in the middle of a pandemic.

This session is aimed at environmental leaders and individuals who are taking on the challenge to reduce waste and live sustainably.

Rachel Sietzema is a Wellness Practitioner who helps people navigate the feeling of overwhelm, manage life’s stresses, and uncover their true confidence. She takes a holistic approached towards sustainability and empowers people to take a balanced approach while being environmentally conscious and inspiring others.
