FAQs
- Do I need to be using headspace services to be able to participate?
No, you don't.
- If I am under 16, will I need parent/carer consent and why?
Yes, you will need their consent.
Parental consent is the permission given by a parent or legal guardian for you to engage in a specific activity, receive a service, or make a binding decision. It ensures your safety and protects your rights.
- I'd like to do this, however I am not good in groups. Will there be options?
Yes, options will be able to be explored.
- Who are the facilitators?
Cultural Connections Coordinator
Ruby (She/Her)
Ruby is bilingual and is a migrant herself. Ruby's position aims to ensure the cultural safety and inclusiveness of our local headspace centres by engaging with culturally-and-linguistically-diverse-focused groups and organisations throughout our communities.

Bec is one of our clinicians at headspace Albury Wodonga. She provides counselling support to help our young people feel better. She has a variety of interests outside of work, including video games, baking, crafting, a variety of TV shows, cosplay, K-pop, and anime.
