EP/YA Leadership Council Virtual Connect
March 6 | Noon – 1 pm MT | Zoom

Join AIA Colorado’s Emerging Professional and Young Architect Leadership Council for a one-hour Virtual Connect focused on connection, resources, and opportunities for involvement.

This Zoom session will introduce the EP/YA Leadership Council, including our mission, structure, and how our programs support licensure, leadership development, and community building across Colorado. Attendees will hear brief overviews of key initiatives such as Ascend, the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program, Young Architects Forum, and the National Associates Committee, along with how these groups fit within AIA Colorado.

We will also share upcoming goals and opportunities for 2026, including in-person meetups, conference connections, and resources for students and AIAS members. A short overview of AIA Colorado tools for emerging professionals will cover EP and EP/YA websites, NCARB’s Licensing Advisor, and ARE support resources.

This session will be interactive, with discussion topics including AXP hours and exam planning, growing your professional network, and advocating for yourself and finding advocates. We will close with open Q&A and a chance to share ideas and learn how to get involved.

Who should attend: Emerging professionals, young architects, licensure candidates, and students.
Cost: Free
Format: Virtual via Zoom. Keep an eye on your inbox for the Zoom link.

RSVP is required. Please contact office@aiacolorado.org if you have questions.
