Make Parenting A Pleasure Parenting Class with Epic Beginnings

Parenting can be a challenging journey, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Every parent can gain from parenting education, regardless of their culture, family history, where they live, or their financial situation. At Epic, our parenting classes provide a supportive community where parents can connect, share experiences, and find comfort in knowing they’re not alone.Our program begins by helping you reflect on your personal values.

Join us while we create community with other Epic parents and caregiver.  

Parenting Class Dates and Topics:

• Unit 1: Our Values and Goals-October 24th, 2024 7pm-9pm
• Unit 2: Caring for Ourselves-November 7th, 7pm-9pm
• Unit 3: Special Time-November 21st, 7pm-9pm
• Unit 4: Understanding Stress-December 5th, 7pm-9pm
• Unit 5: Stress Busters-January 9th, 7pm-9pm
• Unit 6: Who is My Child?-January 30th, 7pm-9pm
• Unit 7: Family Helpers-February 6th 7pm-9pm
• Unit 8: Communication-February 27th 7pm-9pm
• Unit 9: My Child's Emotions-March 13th 7pm-9pm
• Unit 10: Discipline Is Teaching-March 27th 7pm-9pm
• Unit 11: Strategies for Effective Discipline-April 10th, 7pm-9pm
• Unit 12: Reflection and Celebration-May 8th, 7pm-9pm

Parents and caregivers will receive a certificate of completion of all 12 Units.  Life happens and we understand if you need to miss a class.  Up to 3 Individual classes may be shared with parents as needed through video.  The class has the best outcomes when you are able to attend each session with the rest of the group.
