Epicure Euphoric - Conscious Dance

Epicure is here to present a brand new concept - Epicure "Euphoric".

It's a conscious/ecstatic dance with a unique Epicure twist where euphoric DJ sets will blend with beautiful outdoor surroundings of Northern Beaches and our signature food & drink refreshments.
Lose yourself to dance, nourish and express your true self in the safe and healthy environment of like-minded people.

Ecstatic dance is a natural progression from club based events into a healthier and more sustainable form of party where music and joy is in the forefront of everything. Honouring the connection between the internal and external world, from ancient tribal rituals to modern clubbing, it's the community that matters and celebrates life by dancing with us.

Please note, this is an alcohol & drug-free event and no BYO is allowed.

Program
3.00-3.30pm - Arrival, welcome drinks and nibbles, DJ Boris Hurdich
3.30-3.45pm - Somatic moment - warm up
3.45-5.15pm - Dance to the Dj set by Airlifter
5.15-5.45pm - Wind down, mingle and wrap up

Please allow time for parking and a 300m beach walk from the closest carpark, beautiful weather will attract crowds to the ocean side. So aim for 3.00 arrival to get cozy, have a refreshment and mingle before we kick off with the somatic moment.  All refreshments will be available throughout the event for you to grab and top-up at any time.

What should you bring?

- comfortable active wear

- hat / cap to protect from sun, sunscreen, water bottle

- swimmers and towel if you dare to dip in the ocean

- windbreaker jacket in case of chilly breeze

- open mind to new experiences

- we'll take care of yoga mats and picnic seating

FAQ
1. What is conscious dance? - An opportunity to express yourself in safe environment without any judgement or agenda. Get back to music and make it centre of an experience without any substances or alcohol.

2. Is it suitable for me? - Even without knowing you, we can confidently say yes! You can pace yourself however you want, it's your dance and your journey. Slow movement or energising cardio, it's up to you how you want to interact with music.

3. What kind of refreshments can I expect? - We'll have just enough nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks that keep you going through your time with us. Everything vegetarian friendly but please let us know if you have any other dietary requirements.

4. What if it's raining? - Worry not, we have a backup indoor space available in Frenchs Forest that's perfect for this kind of occasion - we'll do exact same activities but indoors.

5. What's your capacity? - we are only selling 20 tickets this time so it will be an intimate session without crowds.

Refreshments curated by Adam & Health - With his expertise as a Health Coach, he will guide you on a wellness journey like no other. From engaging activities to nourishing food, Adam will stimulate all your senses. 

Today's menu includes delicious non-alcoholic party mixers, fresh fruit and both savoury and sweet nibbles (plant-based & veg).  Adopting your heathy habits have never tasted any better!

Dj set by Airlifter - an artist nickname of your host George. He plays driving and hypnotic tunes filled with Trance and progressive genre that is highly euphoric and almost meditative breakdowns. Prepare for a unique sonic journey crafted just for Epicure.

Dj set by Boris Hurdich - Boris will play a mix of melodic house that will energise your body and soul on arrival.
