Join us for a soul-stirring morning of movement, music, and mindful celebration as we welcome the turn of the season. Equinox Breath and Brew is a unique yoga experience set to the live rhythms and guidance of DJ and yoga instructor duo Christine & Giuseppe.

We’ll flow through a dynamic, all-levels yoga practice designed to ground your energy and elevate your spirit—perfectly timed with the balance of light and dark on the autumn equinox. Expect breathwork, beat-driven movement, and connection to self and community.

After class, raise a glass and enjoy a craft beer—one pour is included with your ticket—courtesy of our host, Liquidity Aleworks in Mt. Airy, MD.
