Event description

Soul Journey Breathwork allows you to open to the deepest levels of your being. Held in the loving presence of Nature, you can soften and expand to see more of who you are, what you need, where you are going, and the way forward, wherever you are on the journey.

This is a safe natural way to alter consciousness and reach some of the unknown depths of our souls for healing and integrating and opening our hearts more and more.

Nature is the perfect place for this kind of journey.

We will share and move a little to open and charge our bodies, make our prayer or set our intention and then lie down and breath in what is called a circular breath that expands your field and gives you access to awarenesses you didn't have before. It is healthy for us as well. Doing it outside in nature makes use of the natural forces and energies to support our journey and our surrender.

This breathing continues to the music from the indigenous peoples around the world who still hold this connection and the music will help and add to the journey.

Bring a camp mat to lie on, a pillow, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing and depending on weather you might want a blanket.

Follow the GPS to the driveway and then pull past the first house going down the hill and parking will be along the drive and also at the campground at the end of the drive. We will meet at the campground parking area.
