    Event description

Trauma is not so much what happens to us, it's what happens inside us - and being alone in that.

Compassion is the bridge to the traumatised person, and to the traumatised self.

Judith Richards, creator of The Richards Trauma Process, will introduce her therapeutic process which resolves the underlying drivers of mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, thereby achieving resolution of symptoms in a huge proportion of clients. She’ll speak about the history and key principles of this therapy, and its genesis in the human capacity for compassion.

After her talk, there will be time for questions, and then an opportunity for informal sharing over a cuppa.
