What does it mean to maintain equity in a power-exchange relationship? How do culture, race, and identity shape our understanding of fairness in dynamics?

In this class we'll explore how to ensure fairness despite power imbalances. You'll learn the difference between equality and equity, and how to adjust your approach based on the unique needs of your partners. We'll discuss practical ways to navigate challenges in power-exchange relationships, focusing on cultural, racial, and identity factors that impact equity.

By the end, you'll have the tools to create a dynamic that's fair, respectful, and honors the individuality of everyone involved.

✦ About the Educators ✦

Master Brian Azura and Saphira Azura bring combined experience in Gorean, leather, and BDSM communities to their teaching. As Head of House Azura, Master Brian leads with steady authority, intentional structure, and consent-based guidance, while Saphira, his kajira and First Girl, brings grounded devotion, community leadership, and practical insight into service.

Together, they guide participants through Gorean dynamics, leather tradition, and intentional power exchange, blending mastery, presence, and lived experience. Master Brian is a founder of the Midwest Gorean Collective and a director of MAsT: Arch City. Saphira is a member of Twin Cities Spectrum and HardPink Sisterhood, and the founder of the St Louis Service Symposium.

Their collaborative approach emphasizes clarity, discipline, and connection, equipping attendees with practical tools for growth, accountability, and meaningful engagement. Whether exploring household dynamics, protocol, or service, their teaching balances structure with heart, providing participants with actionable strategies and inspiration to deepen their own journey in kink and Gorean practice.
