Event description

Mahana Culture is honoured to invite you to attend our two-hour online ESSENCE Workshop: Is Your Culture, Cultural?

We've specifically designed this complimentary event as a taster, for new friends and connections to the work Mahana Culture does in building capacity with both larger organisations and departments like McKinsey & Company, Microsoft and Victorian Government and Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. As well as with progressive mid-sized businesses (like Guidestar, Nation Partners and Tomorrow Architects) who are looking for ways to support their DE&I strategies.

For those passionate about a workplace that is diverse, inclusive and equitable, or looking for better ways to collaborate and innovate the ESSENCE Workshop will be powerful.

We encourage participants to take these learnings back to your own teams and organisation with a revised lens on whether your workplace culture is, in fact inclusive of a way of being that is cultural?

Hosted by Mahana Culture's Founder and Creative Director, Tavale Ilalio the workshop will include stories and personal reflection that support our culturally responsive frameworks. We've confirmed two dates for you to choose from - Tuesday 4th Oct AEDT 1 - 3pm or Thur 6th Oct AEDT 10 - 12noon - and look forward to this being the beginning of a purposeful relationship.

Wominjeka - a word from the Wurundjeri People here in Naarm - which means ‘to come with purpose’.

With warmth,

The Mahana Culture team

What a partner said about working with us....

From Matt Nation, Nation Partners;

"Earlier this year we started working with Mahana Culture to support our own self-awareness and self-reflective practices and to develop our thinking around who we are as a team and business.  With more than 60 team members, flexible work practices requiring virtual collaboration and a unique way of working, we see a need to connect with each other at a deeper level, to build trust and better support team work.

By partnering with Mahana Culture to help us tell our own story and learn from the experiences and diversity around us, it will help us to continue to build a strong and cohesive culture. We see this benefiting us not only internally, but also in how we better understand and work with our clients. Progressing our cultural evolution will really help to provide us with a sense of identify and a strong foundation for increased diversity and inclusion.

There has never been a better time for us to explore how we can better connect with one another. Mahana Culture offers a unique approach and feels like the right partner for this journey. From the moment I met the Mahana Culture team and started exploring the Va, I felt a deep sense of connection and realised that we had found our tribe."

Note:
Registrations for both workshops will end on Friday 30th at AEST 5pm - if you would like to join after this email us on info@mahanaculture.com.au
