After almost a decade in the USA, Essie returns home to celebrate the release of All the Ways - a five-track journey through vulnerability, desire, and resilience, with Essie leaning into their rural Australian roots while subtly weaving in textures of American alt-pop and cinematic strings.

Raised on a farm by the seaside in rural South Australia, Holly ‘Cookie’ Baker’s trademark sparkling vocals and the poetic grit of her cool wordsmithery paint a portrait of this pint-sized melodic force to be reckoned with.

Now based on Kaurna Yerta (Adelaide, South Australia), Cookie creates lyrically rich alternative country folk and dreamy pop that is all at once breathtakingly intimate, dynamic and compelling. 
In 2025, Cookie embarked on the extensive Where Do You Go In The Winter? tour throughout New Zealand and Australia, culminating in her first release in five years - the enthralling single, The Winter - featuring Ollie English. She will release two back-to-back singles during the course of her 2026 spring tour - "I hate to see you go... so I'll go." - from October to December, taking in regional and metro stops in unique spaces throughout SA, VIC, NSW and QLD.
