Explanation: Creating a by-name list of everyone sleeping rough in your community is a central part of efforts to end homelessness, but how do you create one, what do you need to do to ensure you are accurately assessing who is entering your homelessness system on an ongoing basis, and how do you know if the data you are collecting is accurate? To answer these and many other questions, we have created a checklist, or scorecard, to help your community not just establish a by-name list, but ensure that it is a quality list that can be relied upon to help make informed decisions about prioritisation and providing permanent housing to those who need it. This session will explain the scorecard and its various components including for example how to better understand the needs of certain populations of interest, including veterans, individuals or families fleeing domestic violence, and those experiencing chronic homelessness.

Audience: New communities and existing Advance to Zero projects/campaigns or collaborations.

Price: $65+GST Full Price. Free for AAEH partners and Advance to Zero communities, if cost is a barrier for you or your organisation please contact us.

Instructions: Event is held on Online. Connection details will be emailed separately to the ticket holder.
