Join knitting expert Patricia Chircop from KNOVUS for a studio tour and masterclass. Patricia has worked in as a product developer, designer, technician, programmer, as well as a lecturer in higher education. 

Her wide range of experience and the combination of her science and textile education result in a unique skill set, making her an expert in her field of knitwear innovation, design and development.

In this 90-minute session you’ll see and learn more about groundbreaking techniques in 3D knitting that Patricia champions at KNOVUS.

• See a full swatch library;

• Hear tips on communicating with suppliers for industrial and fashion design briefs;

About Ethical Clothing Australia Week 2024

Ethical Clothing Australia Week recognises the people and businesses that make textile, clothing and footwear (TCF) products in Australia. Currently there are almost 500,000 workers in the TCF industry in Australia, with most employed as garment workers in manufacturing. The only event of its kind in the country, this week-long campaign celebrates the skilled workers within the vibrant TCF industry and highlights accredited manufacturers and brands.

The official program will run from 7-13 October with a calendar of in-person and online events hosted by Ethical Clothing Australia and their community of accredited businesses.
