Refund policy

*Postponement This year the event is planned as an in-person event, this means that ticket holders will be able to attend the conference and dinner in person. Should there be a lockdown due to COVID-19 during the period of the conference which will not allow us to proceed with the conference/dinner over the set dates, we will postpone the conference to a later date. Tickets will not be cancelled or refunded if the conference is postponed. * Moving event to a digital event Should circumstances prevent us from postponing the conference and awards, we will move the event completely online. Any ticket holder that has purchased tickets for the in-person event, will be provided with a partial refund which will equate to the difference between the cost of an in-person event and bringing the event to a digital format.
