ETRO Groundbreaking

DIRECTIONS TO DIDD Campus / EAST TN REGIONAL OFFICE – GREENEVILLE

From Points South and West:

• Take I-40 north/east until it splits into I-81 and I-40.  Take the left-hand lane which is I-81 north.  Take I-81 north to Exit 23 (Bulls Gap/ Greeneville/ Jonesborough); when you get to the end of the ramp make a right turn onto US 11-E heading towards Greeneville and follow US 11-E (East Andrew Johnson Hwy) for approximately 14 miles.  Within these approximate 14 miles you will pass through 10 red lights > 1st red light – Subway will be on your left > 2nd red light – Commons Shopping Center on right and Big Lots on left > 3rd red light Walgreens on right  > 4th red light Susong Pharmacy on left > 5th red light Lowe’s and shopping center > 6th red light Ryans on left – McDonald’s on right > 7th red light Taco Bell on right –Capital Bank on left > 8th red light entrance to Wal-Mart on left > 9th red light – Wal-Mart and other shopping centers on left > 10th red light - intersection of TN 107/Erwin Highway on right.  Come through the 10th red light.  The Greene Valley campus will be the large complex of buildings on the right-hand side of the road and a large sign stating Greene Valley Developmental Center.   Make a right turn into Greene Valley Developmental Center.  The first building on the left is the Administration Building.  Drive to the four-way stop; turn left.  Alder Cottage (ETRO Regional Office) is the first building on the right; Cottonwood (Records and TN State Guard Offices) is the second building on the right; Dogwood (East TN Homes and East TN Strong Homes programs) is the third building on the right. 

From Kingsport:

From Bristol:

• Take your best route to I-81 and travel south until Exit 36 (State Road 93).
