Join Britt from The Heartspace Hub at Forest of Wisdom for a tranquil, evening meditation session designed to help you unwind and reconnect to within. Each weekly meditation is tailored for both beginners and experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice in a welcoming group setting. Exploring a variety of practices and techniques, you are guided to cultivate a sense of relaxation and ease.
REMINDER: Please bring the following with you to your session:
- Yoga mat or meditation seat/cushion.
- A blanket, pillow, jumper, or any other accessories that will ensure your comfort and relaxation.
- A water bottle.
