Zhineng Qigong draws on the best of traditional qigong, based on both modern science and centuries old understandings of the unity and connectedness of all things, especially with nature. It continues to evolve and develop to this day, and practitioners with high levels of accomplishment participate in science research involving living beings, nature, and inanimate objects.
Both Body and Mind training are used to improve health, and facilitate to heal illness of the body, mind and spirit.
Even a paralysed person can practice, as those with physical restrictions can make greater use of their mind.
Very fit people find it very useful to help facilitate rapid healing of old injuries, and develop greater strength, stamina and mental focus.
It combines a series of movements/postures both active and still, with focussed meditation. The methods and exercises work on all aspects of the body, including the internal organs, as well as the mind/spirit to improve physical health as well as our sense of well-being in a safe, effective way.
Zhineng Qigong is very effective - we can even create healthier growing and better productivity for plants with our mind and body movements :)
Even our thoughts affect our immediate and expanded environment, inside, and outside of ourselves. Powerful!~
